PMEOS AI - Enterprise Program & Project Execution Intelligence

PMEOS AI moderates project meetings, captures execution signals from collaboration platforms and project management tools, automates reporting, improves execution visibility, and enables early risk detection across complex delivery environments.

*Co-Innovation Partner Partner seats are limited. Partners get early access, structured onboarding, and direct input on roadmap sequencing (within the product vision).

PMEOS AI starts where teams often lose visibility and execution begins to drift: in the meetings where decisions, risks, and dependencies emerge. From there, it expands across the full delivery cycle and into complex enterprise programs. Co-Innovation Partners shape what ships first.

Bad Tools aren’t the Problem. Disconnected Execution Is.

Enterprises lose control over projects because no single layer holds the full execution picture. Three Swiss public projects burned CHF 477m, and that is only the visible tip. Most of the cost shows up as one quiet word: slow. PMEOS AI is the missing layer. It connects to what you already run, reads the signal, and does not ask your teams to change how they work.
One execution layer

PMEOS AI connects your meetings and delivery tools into one continuous flow. It captures outcomes, writes the summary, and turns discussion into team-owned action items. It does not replace Jira or Teams. It sits above them.

Outcome focused meeting flow

Your stand-up coordination partner. PMEOS AI moderates timeboxes and prompts the team for clarity. Meetings stay short and decision-oriented.

Delivery visibility you can act on

Structured meeting outcomes, action items, and analytics provide a consistent record of what happened and what needs to move next.

Admin control

Central setup with team-level control. Admins connect Teams and Jira contexts and configure behaviours and mappings in one place.

Capacity-aware planning

Sprint planning support without spreadsheets. PMEOS AI highlights overload risk early by comparing team capacity with expected workload.

Action follow-through

Closes the loop between stand-ups. PMEOS AI assigns and tracks action items, then brings open items back into the next check-in so nothing slips.

Frequently Asked Questions

Get quick answers to common questions about PMEOS AI — its functionality, integration, and security.
What is PMEOS AI, and what problem does it solve for enterprise programs?
PMEOS AI moderates project meetings, captures execution signals from collaboration platforms and project management tools, automates reporting, improves execution visibility, and enables early risk detection across complex delivery environments. It also supports capacity-aware planning, helping teams commit credibly to delivery goals.
Does PMEOS AI replace our existing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps?
No. PMEOS AI does not replace your existing systems of record. It integrates seamlessly with your tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday or ClickUp to surface delivery signals, highlight bottlenecks, and reduce administrative work such as meeting summaries and action capture. You keep your workflow and toolchain. PMEOS AI adds execution visibility, coordination, and follow-through on top.
Who is PMEOS AI for? Is it only for agile environments?
No. PMEOS AI is vendor and method agnostic by design. It is built for enterprise program and project teams and their stakeholders, from team leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Program Managers to Project Managers, PMOs, and delivery leadership.
It starts with strong support for agile delivery routines like Scrum and expands towards hybrid and classic project environments, broader governance needs, and multi-team execution covering Waterfall, PMI, IPMA, and HERMES.
How quickly can we deploy PMEOS AI for a pilot, and what does onboarding involve?
Time to deployment is almost entirely determined by you. Once your security, architecture, and access requirements are cleared on your end, we deliver PMEOS AI for your first pilot within a month.

On our side, onboarding includes connecting your Teams and Jira in a governed, read only setup, configuring your team mappings, and introducing your users to the in Teams workflow and Web App. We recommend you start with one team, validate the setup, then expand in stages.
What is included in PMEOS AI MVP at launch?
PMEOS AI ships with three components. First, an AI moderator embedded directly in Teams that runs and steers your delivery meetings (standups, reviews, plannings), capturing decisions as they happen. Second, the PMEOS AI Web App turns that into summaries, action items, analytics, and planning views that translate directly into clarity and better decisions, from execution up to leadership. Third, a governed, read only connection to the Jira projects and boards you choose gives the AI full context on your work, with zero write access and zero risk to your data.
Do you offer enterprise support and training?
Yes. We support onboarding, configuration, and adoption, including role-specific enablement, implementation workshops, and change support so PMEOS AI usage translates into measurable execution outcomes.
Is PMEOS AI secure for enterprise data?
Yes. PMEOS AI is built for enterprise use with strong security controls and a compliance-first approach. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is tightly controlled, and integrations are governed and auditable. Data residency is Switzerland by default. Other regions, including the EU and the US, can be offered on request, subject to a compliance review and contractual agreement (DPA). Customer data is not used to train foundation models, and your data stays private and under your control.
What is your data retention policy, and can we request deletion?
Retention and deletion are configurable to your enterprise policies, and we align both with you as part of onboarding. Deletion requests are supported at any time. As a Switzerland-based provider, we operate under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and Switzerland holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission confirming its data protection framework meets EU standards. We're glad to work through your specific GDPR/DSGVO requirements, including a Data Processing Agreement, as part of onboarding.
How is PMEOS AI priced?
Pricing depends on your indivdual needs. Talk to an expert to confirm the best setup for your organization, use case, and implementation plan.
What does it mean to be a Co-Innovation Partner and how much influence do they have on the roadmap?
Co-Innovation Partners get early access to new capabilities and a structured, recurring channel to shape what we build next. Rather than just reacting to releases, they help determine which integrations, features, and operating standards we build next, tested against their real enterprise constraints rather than assumptions. Final roadmap decisions stay with PMEOS AI, but Co-Innovation Partners are the clearest voice in shaping what gets prioritized and when.
What onboarding and partner conditions do Co-Innovation Partners receive?
You get a dedicated enablement expert who builds your implementation plan, supports rollout into your existing workflows, and equips your delivery teams with adoption guidance and best practices. Co-Innovation Partners also receive preferred commercial terms for up to 24 months, reflecting the insight and effort you contribute during the partnership.
