PMEOS - AI orchestration for project delivery

Run better stand-ups in Microsoft Teams and translate Jira delivery reality into clear outcomes, risks, and next actions — with enterprise-grade security and governance

*Co-Innovation Partner Partner seats are limited. Partners get early access, structured onboarding, and direct input on roadmap sequencing (within the product vision)

PMEOS starts where delivery leverage is highest: daily execution rituals. From there, it expands across the full Scrum event set and into broader enterprise delivery contexts. Design Partners help prioritize what ships first, based on real constraints in complex organizations

Intelligent orchestration

Connects stand-ups with Jira insights in one continuous workflow. PMEOS captures outcomes, writes the summary, and turns discussion into team-owned action items.

Outcome-focused meeting flow

Your stand-up coordination partner. PMEOS moderates timeboxes and prompts the team for clarity — keeping meetings short and decision-oriented.

Delivery visibility you can act on

Structured meeting outcomes, action items, and analytics provide a consistent record of what happened and what needs to move next.

Admin control

Central setup with team-level control. Admins connect Teams and Jira contexts and configure behaviours and mappings in one place.

Capacity-aware planning

Sprint planning support without spreadsheets. PMEOS highlights overload risk early by comparing team capacity with expected workload

Action follow-through

Closes the loop between stand-ups. PMEOS assigns and tracks action items, then brings open items back into the next check-in so nothing slips.

Co-Innovation Partner Program

We collaborate with a small number of Design Partners to build PMEOS in real enterprise environments. Design Partners receive early access and influence roadmap sequencing (within the product vision) — ensuring PMEOS evolves around the constraints and workflows that matter most in complex delivery organizations.

Our Partner benefits

  • Early access to MVP releases and upcoming capabilities
  • Direct input on roadmap sequencing (within the product vision)
  • Structured onboarding and rollout guidance
  • A partnership built around measurable outcomes and learnings

What we aim to measure together (examples)

  • Less follow-up coordination after stand-ups
  • Improved meeting quality and action follow-through
  • More credible sprint commitments through capacity-aware planning

PMEOS in Action

Dashboard

The dashboard serves as a focused welcome screen and gives each team member a role-aware view of what matters today. Priorities, open follow-ups, and key signals that keep delivery
on track.

  • What needs attention today
  • Open action items and follow-ups
  • Key team signals at a glance

Meetings

PMEOS brings structure to daily stand-ups by guiding the flow, validating updates against Jira, and capturing outcomes automatically. Each stand-up becomes a structured delivery artifact, with summaries, progress, risks, delivery impact, and analytics based on meeting performance and Jira signals.

  • Timeline of past stand-ups and planning sessions
  • Quick access to summaries, outcomes, and action items
  • Progress, risks, impact, and analytics based on meeting performance and Jira data

Team Planning

Align capacity with workload so the team can commit credibly to Sprint Goals. Plan availability per team member, compare it to expected workload from Jira, and spot feasibility issues before committing.

  • Capacity per team member (availability, constraints)
  • Workload vs. capacity comparison
  • Early overload and feasibility signals

Action Items

PMEOS suggests action items based on what it observes and analyzes, while the team stays in control. Actions are clear, owned, and followed through across meetings.

  • AI suggested action items with context
  • Team-confirmed ownership and due dates
  • Tracking and follow-up across meetings

Team Analytics

A single place for delivery visibility and improvement signals. See patterns over time, meeting effectiveness, and flow and predictability indicators derived from Jira.

  • Team-level trends and patterns
  • Meeting effectiveness indicators
  • Flow and predictability signals based team activities and Jira data

Frequently Asked Questions

Get quick answers to common questions about PMEOS — its functionality, integration, and security.
What is PMEOS, and what problem does it solve for delivery teams?
PMEOS is an AI orchestration layer for team delivery routines. It moderates Daily Scrums in Microsoft Teams and uses governed, read-only Jira insights to produce structured outcomes, risks, and next actions. It also supports Sprint Planning by matching team capacity with expected workload — helping teams commit credibly to Sprint Goals.
What is included in the PMEOS MVP at launch?
A Teams Bot for Daily Scrum moderation, a PMEOS Web App for summaries/action items/analytics/planning, and governed, read-only Jira analysis of the projects/boards you select.
Do you write back into Jira?
Not in the MVP. Jira remains the system of record; the MVP uses governed, read-only access to the Jira projects/boards you select. Optional, enterprise-controlled write-back capabilities may be introduced later under governance.
What permissions does PMEOS need in Microsoft Teams and Jira?
PMEOS follows least-privilege by design. In Microsoft Teams, it only accesses the meetings/channels where it is installed. In Jira, the MVP runs with governed, read-only access to the configured projects/boards.
How quickly can we deploy PMEOS for a pilot, and what does onboarding involve?
Pilots start with a controlled rollout: connect Teams and Jira (governed, read-only), configure mappings and team setup, and onboard users to the Bot + Web App workflows. Start with one team, then expand.
Is PMEOS secure for enterprise data?
Yes. PMEOS is built for enterprise use with strong security controls and a compliance-first approach. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is tightly controlled, and integrations are governed and auditable. Data residency is Switzerland by default. Other regions, including the EU and the US, can be offered on request, subject to a compliance review and contractual agreement (DPA). Customer data is not used to train foundation models, and your data stays private and under your control.
What does it mean to be a Co-Innovation Partner and how much influence do we have on the roadmap?
Co-Innovation Partners receive early access and a structured feedback channel into roadmap sequencing. Input helps prioritize integrations, governance capabilities, and operating standards within the product vision, supported by regular touchpoints to validate outcomes and align the next increments with real enterprise constraints.
What onboarding and partner conditions do Co-Innovation Partners receive?
A dedicated onboarding lead provides an implementation plan, supports rollout into existing workflows, and enables delivery teams with adoption guidance and best practices. Co-Innovation Partners also receive preferred commercial terms for up to 24 months, reflecting the insight and effort contributed during the partnership period
What is your data retention policy, and can we request deletion?
Retention and deletion are configurable to enterprise policies. We support deletion requests and align retention and deletion workflows as part of onboarding
